Associate - Project, Energy & Infrastructure (Banking & Finance)

About the role

Dentons Italy is looking to grow its Project, Energy and Infrastructure business unit, part of the Banking & Finance department, with an Associate based in its Milan office. The Associate works on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, covering project financing, M&A, project development, project contracts and legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad.

Required profile

• Italian Law Degree with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Current license to practice law in Italy.
• Newly qualified to 3 years of professional qualifying experience (PQE) in the Project, Energy & Infrastructure field, gained in a comparable law firm.
• High-level English (C1); other foreign languages are a plus.
• Vocation and motivation for exercising the legal profession.
