Corporate M&A Internship – Milan

About the role

Dentons Italy is recruiting recent law graduates for an internship with its Corporate M&A team in Milan. The internship lasts six months and offers practice-oriented training in an international context, with the possibility of confirmation as a Trainee after the internship period.

Required profile

• Italian Law Degree obtained within the last 6 months, with a minimum score of 105/110.
• Experience abroad, such as an Erasmus placement.
• High legal knowledge and a strong command of English (C1 certificate).
• Vocation for the legal profession, a global mindset and willingness to adapt to an international environment.
• Other foreign languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with IT tools.
