About the role

Terry Soot Management Group is seeking a Bertha Certified Test Operator to support its autonomous vehicle projects. You will operate self‑driving cars in real‑world conditions, ensuring safety, data quality, and a smooth passenger experience.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor autonomous vehicles on city streets and highways, focusing on safety and system performance.
• Provide real‑time observations, log anomalies, and use dedicated software tools for data capture.
• Engage with ride‑hailing passengers as part of the autonomous‑vehicle experience.
• Execute route testing in diverse environments and maintain compliance with Bertha certification protocols.
• Generate comprehensive test reports and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
• Work variable shifts, including nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Required profile

• Bertha Certification for autonomous‑vehicle testing.
• Valid Class C driver’s license with a clean record and at least three years of driving experience.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Strong judgment, focus, and communication skills.
