Barback – Season 2026 at Lake Como EDITION

About the role

The Lake Como EDITION is seeking a motivated Barback for the 2026 season. You will support the bar team in delivering a seamless, high‑end guest experience in a luxury lakeside setting.

Key responsibilities

• Perform opening and closing duties, including setting up supplies, cleaning equipment, and securing the bar area.
• Stock ice, glassware, paper supplies and maintain workstations throughout service.
• Remove soiled wares from bar tops and tables, ensuring a tidy environment.
• Follow all company safety, security and hygiene policies; report any incidents.
• Greet guests professionally, assist guests with disabilities, and respond to service needs.
• Communicate clearly with team members and support collective goals.
• Carry out any additional tasks assigned by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Ability to work full‑time in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Professional appearance and strong commitment to confidentiality and asset protection.

What we offer

• Gross annual salary between €21,555.66 and €22,000 (pro‑rated for part‑year employment).
