About the role

We are seeking a bilingual English‑Italian editor to help train and evaluate AI chatbots. You will work remotely from Italy, interacting with AI models through realistic conversations and providing feedback to improve their language capabilities.

Key responsibilities

Conduct written and spoken dialogues with AI chatbots in both English and Italian.
Write original conversation scripts to teach desired responses.
Assign editing and writing tasks to AI models and assess the quality of their outputs.
Measure chatbot progress and report performance metrics.

Required profile

Fluency in both English and Italian.
Detail‑oriented with an excellent command of grammar, style, and brand voice.
Current, in‑progress, or completed Bachelor’s degree (preferred but not mandatory).
Based in Italy and able to work as an independent contractor.
