Senior Consultant - Architect

About the role

Veeva is looking for a Senior Consultant – Architect to act as a trusted advisor for global life‑sciences customers. You will lead the design and delivery of Vault CRM, Events Management and related solutions, ensuring best‑practice implementation and future‑proof scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of implementation and migration projects for SMB and enterprise accounts, acting as Functional Lead, Architect, Configurator or Stream Lead.
• Serve as the technical authority, leading meetings with senior IT and business stakeholders and guiding decisions based on architectural principles.
• Provide hands‑on support, configuring solutions, troubleshooting complex issues and mentoring internal teams and implementation partners.
• Transform ambiguous problems into clear action plans and drive them forward.
• Explore new AI tools and innovative technologies to improve delivery efficiency.

Required profile

• 7+ years of hands‑on experience in IT consulting or architecture for implementation projects.
• Strong consulting background with proven ability to drive best practices and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Fast learner who can take ownership of complex technical outcomes.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment across multiple assignments.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% and fluency in English.

Required skills

• Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM platforms.
• Salesforce (Force.com) platform.
• SQL, MDL, Python.
• Experience with IQVIA, SAP, CVENT or similar vendor solutions.
