Business Development Engineer – Tender & Proposal Specialist

About the role

Studio Pietrangeli is seeking a Business Development Engineer to support the preparation, coordination and submission of tenders and proposals for large‑scale dam, hydropower and other civil infrastructure projects. The role works within a multidisciplinary team and interacts with internal departments, external partners and technical experts to secure new public and private contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and compile tender documentation, technical and commercial proposals.
• Coordinate inputs from engineering, design, finance and legal departments.
• Manage communication with external partners and client representatives.
• Ensure timely submission of bids and maintain tender tracking systems.
• Support strategic business development activities and market analysis.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering or Architecture.
• Minimum two years of experience in tendering, business development, proposal preparation or technical‑commercial documentation.
• Experience with civil works tenders (dams, roads, aqueducts or similar infrastructure).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team.
