About the role
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to expand TCL’s Digital Signage portfolio across Italy. The role focuses on driving growth in the B2B segment by identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts and developing channel strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and capture new business opportunities in sectors such as retail, education, transportation, hospitality and corporate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with integrators, distributors, VARs and end‑customers.
- Design and implement channel strategies to maximise market coverage and penetration.
- Monitor market trends, competition and customer needs to adapt TCL’s offering.
- Provide technical and commercial training sessions for partners and clients.
- Represent TCL at trade shows, events and presentations as the brand ambassador for the B2B segment.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
- At least 6 years of experience in B2B commercial roles within Digital Signage, AV or IT.
- Deep understanding of the integrator, distributor and manufacturer ecosystem in Italy.
- Fluent in Italian and English.
- Willingness to travel frequently across the region.
