Business Development Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager to expand the presence of SNIBE products in the assigned regional market. You will work closely with distributors, key opinion leaders and internal teams to drive sales growth and increase brand awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Expand the regional market with SNIBE products, targeting new customer groups to meet set sales targets.
• Conduct product training and marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and strengthen academic influence.
• Manage key accounts and maintain relationships with KOLs to enhance SNIBE’s scientific reputation.
• Support and align assigned distributors with company strategy and sales objectives.
• Accurately forecast sales and identify growth opportunities using sales tools and applications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in medical, biomedical, human science or related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the medical device sector.
• Proven experience accessing both public and private markets.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
• Willingness to be based in Naples (preferred).
