Daytime Sales and Marketing Specialist – Roma

About the role

Red Bull is looking for a Musketeer Daytime Sales and Marketing Specialist in Rome. As a Musketeer Reacher you focus on the daytime market, building strong relationships with Italian cafes, bars and restaurants and driving sales of products suited to daytime consumption. The role covers on-premise sales and marketing for your region.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with cafes, bars and restaurants, identify new business opportunities and promote daytime products while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Nurture long-term relationships with established customers and create alliances with key influencers and industry experts.
• Create and maintain a network of decision-makers in the hospitality and gastronomy scene.
• Own the on-premise sales and marketing activities for your region, keeping close watch on trends and new opportunities.
• Develop and deploy strategies and tools to pitch Red Bull effectively.
• Make every customer meeting a highlight, using sales and negotiation skills to increase earnings for both customers and Red Bull.

Required profile

• Well networked: existing contacts in the hospitality industry and gastronomy, or the ability to build them quickly.
• Open, extroverted and comfortable approaching people.
• Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, catering, marketing or sales is an advantage.
• Flexibility and autonomy across varied social, economic and cultural situations.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills.
• Understanding of sales processes and strategic commercial awareness.
• Analytical skills: planning, negotiation and analysis of sales and customer data.

What we offer

• Annual gross salary starting from EUR 28,800, depending on experience, technical skills and scope of responsibility.
• Work under the National Collective Labour Agreement for the commerce sector (CCNL Commercio).
