About the role
The Marionnaud group, which owns more than 1,000 stores across eight European countries, is looking for a Beauty Consultant for its store in Milan. The consultant joins the sales team and reports directly to the store manager.
Key responsibilities
- Promote the sale of products by advising customers on the most suitable ones, including through flash tests
- Take care of the customer and ensure their loyalty
- Handle cash transactions and payments
- Support other sellers, restock and reorder products
Required profile
- At least one to two years of experience in the job
- Passion for the beauty sector and excellent interpersonal skills
- Flexibility, motivation and a predisposition to assisted sales
