Enterprise Account Executive, Telco

About the role

Salesforce is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive for its Sales team, focused on growing a portfolio of enterprise accounts in the telecommunications industry in Italy. The role suits an experienced sales professional who builds trusted relationships with senior stakeholders, develops long-term account strategies and approaches customers in a consultative way to help them unlock value from the full Salesforce platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage strategic account plans aligned with customer business objectives across a defined set of enterprise Telco accounts in Italy
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles, coordinating with internal resources such as Solutions Engineers, Professional Services and Partners
• Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders and C-suite decision makers to drive customer satisfaction and long-term revenue growth
• Pursue new business opportunities in the territory through proactive prospecting and pipeline development

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience, ideally selling to Telco accounts
• Proven track record of consistent quota achievement and net new business development in the Italian market
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Nice to have: deep knowledge of digital transformation trends in the Telco industry and an established network of business and IT contacts across the Italian Telco ecosystem

What we offer

• Typical base salary range of EUR 103,650 to EUR 138,700 per year, under the Italy collective agreement for cadres
• Possible access to an incentive component tailored by grade level
