Cafe Sales and Marketing Manager

About the role

The Cafe Sales and Marketing Manager leads all sales and marketing initiatives for the cafe, ensuring they align with the overall operating strategy and brand standards. This role works closely with senior leadership to drive revenue growth, enhance guest experience, and uphold Hard Rock’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and manage the cafe’s budget, P&L, and financial performance.
• Develop and execute marketing initiatives that boost year‑over‑year entrée count.
• Control marketing expenses within budget and forecast models.
• Collaborate with all departments to ensure consistent delivery of products and services to brand standards.
• Promote a multi‑product offering (restaurant, retail, live music, events) to corporate, tourist, and local guests.
• Maintain high guest‑satisfaction standards and monitor service quality.
• Design and lead meetings and events that exceed client expectations.
• Support senior management in talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within a hospitality or retail environment.
• Strong financial acumen with ability to manage budgets and P&L.
• Ability to partner across departments and drive cross‑functional execution.
• Experience attracting, retaining, and developing talent.
