Camera Operator (Freelance)

About the role
We are looking for a freelance Camera Operator to join our Rome‑based production crew. Working closely with the Director of Photography, you will capture the visual language of our faith‑driven music videos, films, and commercials.
Key responsibilities
- Operate camera equipment on set, following the DP’s visual plan.
- Frame, expose, focus, and move shots to bring stories to life.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear during shoots.
- Collaborate with directors, lighting technicians, and other crew members.
Required profile
- Basic to intermediate experience in camera operation.
- Understanding of framing, exposure, focus, and movement.
- Showreel or examples of previous work.
- Proficiency in English.
- Freelance setup (legal entity, invoicing, taxes, insurance).
- Eye for detail and a collaborative spirit.
