Client Development Assistant Internship

About the role

Join Christian Dior Couture’s prestigious Montenapoleone boutique in Milan as a Client Development Assistant Intern. You will work closely with the Client Development Manager, supporting CRM and clienteling initiatives that enhance the luxury client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the client database, ensuring data accuracy and handling duplicate records.
• Coordinate client follow‑up actions and support boutique staff during clienteling activities.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring CRM campaigns and related performance metrics.
• Help define target lists for events, track attendance, and manage post‑event follow‑up.
• Support the organization and monitoring of OTO (One‑Time‑Only) campaigns.
• Participate in client segmentation, invitation processes, and the logistical support of local client initiatives.

Required profile

• Enrolled in a university program related to business, marketing, or luxury management.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
