Community Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Community Manager to join the Secret Media Network team, supporting our Secret Milano and Secret Roma channels. You will help grow and engage a highly active audience across key social platforms while shaping our local content strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Drive audience growth and engagement on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and TikTok by scheduling posts, writing copy and monitoring performance.
• Create high‑quality text and visual content tailored to Italian city audiences.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns and communication strategies.
• Track, analyse and report on platform metrics to optimise results.
• Stay up‑to‑date with social trends and source relevant original or third‑party content.
• Maintain the Secret Media Network editorial voice across all channels.
• Build relationships with users, influencers, industry professionals and explore partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with Social Media Teams and Editorial Executives to promote editorial‑sponsored content.
