Construction Manager – APAC (Special Foundations)

About the role

Trevi Group is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead complex infrastructure projects across the APAC region. The role focuses on special foundation works and requires hands‑on technical expertise combined with strong leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Ensure construction activities meet schedule, budget, quality and HSE targets.
• Monitor progress, produce reports and resolve delays or critical issues.
• Validate and approve execution methodologies and method statements.
• Oversee special foundation works such as diaphragm walls, bored piles and CFA piles.
• Troubleshoot complex geotechnical and operational challenges on site.
• Contribute to cost‑control and procurement strategies.
• Maintain compliance with HSE standards and promote safety culture.
• Manage relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in infrastructure or geotechnical projects.
• Proven experience with special foundations (must‑have).
• Strong technical knowledge of site operations and construction methods.
• Solid understanding of project management and cost control.
• Experience in international, multicultural environments is a plus.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
