Creative Coordinator

About the role

Amazon MGM Studios is looking for a Creative Coordinator to support the Local Originals team in Italy. You will be the operational backbone of the creative development process, helping to move ideas from pitch to production for scripted series, films, and co‑productions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end pitch intake funnel and track each project from setup through production and delivery.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as creative, marketing, PR, business affairs, legal, and finance.
• Maintain and update development trackers, checklists, and file‑transfer workflows.
• Support talent and production company engagement under the direction of senior team members.
• Process a high volume of submissions, attend meetings with industry professionals, and ensure seamless execution across the development pipeline.

Required profile

• Highly organized and detail‑oriented with the ability to juggle multiple work streams.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Proactive, solutions‑oriented mindset and strong communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with project tracking tools and spreadsheets.
