CT Clinical Education Specialist

About the role

GE Healthcare is looking for a CT Clinical Education Specialist in Rome. The role provides formal technical and clinical training to customers who have purchased GE Healthcare CT products, including ongoing post-sale support and on-site clinical visits. It also covers product demonstrations during pre-sale activities and congresses.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical and clinical information to customers by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits.
• Develop, coordinate and deliver product training on the software and applications of the GE Healthcare CT scanner portfolio and post-processing workstations.
• Monitor and control customer satisfaction through continuing education training and by helping optimise the performance of the equipment used by customers.
• Support trade shows and professional conferences with product demonstrations, workstation promotion and customer training.
• Use product knowledge to help commercial and marketing teams develop sales tools.
• Provide post-training reports and regular feedback on customer satisfaction and needs to the internal Sales and Service organisation.

Required profile

• TSRM or a Master's degree in biomedical engineering or a related field.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region and nationwide for training, sales meetings and trade shows.
• Fluent in English and Italian, and able to communicate effectively in the local language.
• Experience in a solution-based sales process and strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).

What we offer

• Annual salary range of 38,800 EUR to 53,350 EUR depending on skills, experience and internal equity.
