Data & Analytics Internship in Italy

About the role

Join Oliver Wyman’s Data & Analytics (DNA) team as an intern and work on real client projects from day one. You will help design and implement data‑driven solutions for a variety of industries, gaining exposure to cutting‑edge analytics techniques.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues and clients at all levels to solve analytical challenges.
• Design and prototype tailored data solutions for global clients.
• Implement and assess the effectiveness of analytical models and tools.
• Participate in discussions to share ideas and insights across project teams.
• Contribute to impactful results for clients in sectors such as finance, energy, retail, and transportation.

Required profile

• Master’s student in a quantitative discipline (Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.).
• Strong data‑driven mindset with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken.
• Team‑oriented, resilient, and comfortable in a fast‑changing environment.
• Interest or experience in financial services and risk management is a plus.
