DevOps Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced DevOps Lead to drive the design, automation, and optimization of cloud infrastructure for advanced cybersecurity solutions. The role is fully remote, based in Italy, and will influence software delivery, reliability, and developer productivity across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of DevOps processes, deployment pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
• Build and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions for cloud provisioning, onboarding/offboarding, and application deployments.
• Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices to increase delivery speed and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and customer‑facing teams to support cloud and on‑premises deployments.
• Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency through monitoring, optimization, and automation.
• Automate server provisioning and configuration management with Ansible and Terraform.
• Optimize AI infrastructure, including hardware selection, model deployment, and inference environments.
• Create automation tools and operational scripts in Python or Golang.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience, including at least 2 years in a senior DevOps or technical leadership role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience with Linux systems and networking (TCP/IP, VPN, routing).
• Proven ability to work independently in a remote‑first environment while managing multiple priorities.
