Digital Content Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Digital Content Intern to join the Prada Group’s digital team. The internship offers hands‑on experience in publishing website content and email campaigns for our luxury brands, working across multiple enterprise platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team tutor to manage and publish content using the company’s enterprise CMS.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to gather copy, images and videos for web pages and email newsletters.
• Ensure consistent messaging across global websites by working closely with copywriters and designers.
• Test and refine content before and after each go‑live, monitoring quality and performance.
• Support the CRM team by maintaining the newsletter calendar and handling the dispatch of email campaigns.
• Create and ship email marketing assets using Adobe Journey.

Required profile

• Academic background in communication, design or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Italian.
• Interest in e‑commerce, digital media, fashion or luxury environments.
• Detail‑oriented, able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Team player with diplomatic interaction skills.

Required skills

• Experience with enterprise content management systems.
• Familiarity with Adobe Journey or similar email marketing platforms.
• Basic knowledge of design tools such as Figma.
• HTML and CSS fundamentals.
