Digital Designer (UX/UI)

About the role

Deutsche Telekom is looking for a Digital Designer (UX/UI) to join its Design & Customer Experience team in Milan. You will help shape intuitive, human‑centred digital experiences for a global telecommunications leader.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly generate, prototype and test design concepts, gathering real user feedback to inform decisions.
• Facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions to align cross‑functional teams.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to support customer‑centric decision‑making.
• Design end‑to‑end journeys across products and platforms, balancing user needs, business goals and technical constraints.
• Contribute to and evolve the company design system, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Champion accessibility and inclusive design principles in every solution.
• Explore emerging technologies and challenge conventions to drive innovative experiences.

Required profile

• Passion for creating human‑focused digital experiences.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to lead design workshops.
• Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal.
• Commitment to accessibility, inclusion and sustainable design practices.

Required skills
