Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist

About the role

We are a design‑focused outerwear company seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Communications Specialist to support our Marketing & Communications Manager. The role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution of both online and offline communication initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Marketing & Communications Manager in operational and strategic projects.
• Maintain relationships with Italian and international journalists, drafting press releases, newsletters, invitations and editorial content in Italian and English.
• Design and produce brochures, line sheets, invitations, print ads, corporate presentations, and graphic/video assets.
• Plan, manage and implement digital communication strategies to strengthen the brand’s online presence.
• Oversee social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), create aligned content and monitor performance metrics.
• Support the ongoing update of the company website and other digital tools.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar digital marketing or communications role.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with strong Italian language skills.
• High accuracy, strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate, manage priorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.

What we offer
