About the role
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead the resort’s online presence, shaping its social media strategy, creating engaging content, and fostering community interaction. This role combines creative production, analytical reporting, and cross‑functional collaboration to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute the resort’s social media strategy across all platforms.
- Create, curate, and publish high‑quality visual and written content, managing a content calendar aligned with events and promotions.
- Oversee onsite content production, including photo and video shoots.
- Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
- Manage interactions with followers, guests, influencers, and partners, responding to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Track and analyze digital performance, providing insights to refine strategy.
- Identify and manage influencer and content creator partnerships, overseeing stay experiences and deliverables.
- Collaborate with internal departments to capture and promote key stories while ensuring brand consistency.
- Maintain digital asset libraries, handle invoices, purchase orders, and budget tracking for digital marketing activities.
- Maintain records of agreements, content usage rights, and partnership contracts.
- Liaise with corporate marketing teams, external agencies, and partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and approvals.
- Prepare internal presentations, summaries, and reports for management meetings.
- Support website updates, OTA content management, and brand compliance documentation.
- Ensure all digital activities adhere to internal policies, brand standards, and data privacy regulations.
Required profile
- Proven ability to develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies.
- Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multimedia production.
- Strong analytical mindset for tracking performance and deriving actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills for handling digital assets, budgets, and contractual documentation.
- Effective communication and collaboration across multiple departments and external partners.
