Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to own and grow the global digital presence of a fast‑moving, mission‑driven tech product. Based in Italy and working fully remote, you will blend strategic planning with hands‑on execution across SEO, paid media, email, and content channels to drive traffic, conversions, and user engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Own performance of all digital channels – website, SEO, email, paid media, and social – with clear growth and conversion targets.
• Design, launch, and analyse end‑to‑end campaigns aligned with product releases and business priorities.
• Develop and optimise SEO and content strategies to boost organic visibility and reduce paid‑acquisition dependence.
• Manage lifecycle email programmes (onboarding, updates, retention, re‑engagement) and improve key engagement metrics.
• Oversee paid‑media activities, allocate budgets efficiently, and continuously optimise ROI.
• Monitor, report and translate digital performance data into actionable insights.
• Engage with developer‑focused online communities (forums, Reddit, YouTube, open‑source spaces) and explore new growth channels such as referrals, affiliates, and influencers.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience managing SEO, paid media, email and content channels with direct ownership of results.
• Strong analytical mindset, capable of building dashboards, interpreting funnel metrics and deriving insights independently.
• Excellent copywriting for technical or highly informed audiences.
• Self‑starter with high autonomy, able to prioritise and execute without close supervision.
• Experience with developer‑focused or open‑source products is a strong plus.
