Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to become the operational backbone of our digital marketing activities. Based in Florence, you will coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, monitor performance across all channels, and execute hands‑on tasks to keep our brands visible and effective online.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor ad‑campaign, social media and website performance and turn data into actionable insights.
• Coordinate the internal content team and external agencies or freelancers.
• Manage the editorial calendar for social media across all brands.
• Perform WordPress and WooCommerce updates, optimisations and minor modifications, reducing reliance on developers.
• Oversee main websites and smaller digital projects.
• Provide regular, concise reports to the director on successes and areas for improvement.

Required profile

• Solid knowledge of analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite or similar).
• Hands‑on experience with WordPress and WooCommerce.
• Experience in social‑media planning and management.
• Basic coding skills for independent web edits and minor technical tasks.
• Excellent command of Italian and English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar digital‑marketing role is preferred.
