Digital Marketing Manager – Luxury Brands (Italy)

About the role

Yibi Group, a leading OEM partner for global luxury and fashion brands, is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead its Italian and European digital initiatives. Based in Italy (preferably Milan, Rome or Florence), you will bridge the China‑based headquarters with the local market, driving brand visibility and business growth for high‑end hardware and jewelry components.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored digital marketing strategies across social media, SEO/SEM, LinkedIn, Instagram and other channels for luxury and premium hardware markets.
• Plan, launch and optimise bilingual (English & Italian) campaigns to increase brand awareness and attract high‑value clients.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams in China and Italy, acting as the primary contact for Italian digital initiatives.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide data‑driven insights, and ensure compliance with GDPR and luxury brand guidelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in luxury, jewelry or high‑end fashion, with proven success in the Italian or broader European market.
• Fluent in English and Italian (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.
• Strong client communication, problem‑solving and cross‑cultural navigation skills.
• Ability to work flexibly across China/Italy time zones.
