Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern

About the role

This 6‑month internship in the Public Relations Department of Four Seasons Hotel Milan offers hands‑on experience in digital marketing and social media. You will work closely with the team to create content, plan editorial calendars, manage community interactions, and support brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and scheduling social media content across platforms.
• Research trends, identify collaboration opportunities, and monitor competitor activity.
• Use analytics tools to track engagement and performance.
• Support media, creator, and influencer visits.
• Contribute to special projects and develop collateral with a graphic designer.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering genuine guest experiences.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English.
