About the role

The Director of Lifestyle leads the Lifestyle and Housekeeping divisions at Armani Hotel Milano, ensuring that every guest experiences the signature "Stay with Armani" service. Reporting to the General Manager, this senior position oversees all aspects of guest experience, from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate the Lifestyle and Housekeeping departments to guarantee flawless operations.
• Maintain seamless communication between Lifestyle, Housekeeping, Engineering, and other service areas.
• Coach the Lifestyle Manager and Housekeeping Manager, ensuring they deliver the brand’s guest experience standards.
• Act as the primary contact for guests before, during, and after their stay, managing preferences, pre‑arrangements, and follow‑ups.
• Plan and execute weekly meetings and inspections with Engineering and Housekeeping to monitor room condition, maintenance, and sales status.
• Develop and manage staff rosters that align with business demand and guarantee coverage for all guest interactions.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date departmental filing system and ensure strict confidentiality of all operational documents.
• Lead pre‑opening and post‑opening projects to establish operational standards in Lifestyle, SPA, Housekeeping, and Engineering in line with international benchmarks.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in luxury hotel operations.
• Deep understanding of Lifestyle and Housekeeping functions.
• Ability to work closely with the executive committee and General Manager.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
• Fluency in English; Italian language skills are a plus.
• Experience managing pre‑opening and post‑opening phases of a high‑end property.
• High level of discretion and commitment to confidentiality.
