Early Years Educator (EYFS Teacher)

About the role

Inspired Education’s Kiddy English campus is looking for an enthusiastic Early Years Educator to join the team in August 2026. You will work with children aged 2‑6, delivering play‑based learning aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the British National Curriculum.

Key responsibilities

• Foster a nurturing, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Design and deliver engaging, play‑based learning experiences.
• Support the holistic development of children across all learning areas.
• Collaborate with colleagues to co‑construct learning experiences.
• Contribute to planning, assessment, and continuous improvement of the Early Years provision.
• Promote children’s social, emotional, and academic growth.
• Participate actively in the wider school community.

Required profile

• BA in Early Childhood Education and Care, B.Ed in Early Years Education, or B.Ed in Primary Education with an Early Years specialisation, or equivalent degree plus PGCE/PGDE.
• Proven experience working with children aged 2‑6.
• Fluent English with excellent communication skills.
• Strong understanding of child‑centred and play‑based learning.
• Knowledge of EYFS and the British National Curriculum.
• Collaborative, proactive teaching approach.
• Legal right to live and work in Italy (EU passport or valid work permit).
