English Language Trainer (Freelance)

About the role

TransPerfect is seeking a freelance English Language Trainer to deliver high‑quality language classes to corporate clients in Milan and the surrounding area. You will work with a diverse group of learners, adapting lessons to different cultural backgrounds and business contexts.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare lesson plans and deliver effective English training sessions.
• Develop complementary course materials tailored to learners’ needs.
• Assess language proficiency levels and create appropriate content.
• Engage learners, maintain motivation, and monitor progress throughout the course.
• Apply TransPerfect’s teaching methodology and adjust lessons for culturally‑based learning styles.
• Participate in trainer development programs and additional training opportunities.

Required profile

• Native or native‑level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience teaching English.
• Knowledge of the corporate business environment (preferred).
• Knowledge of Italian or French (preferred).
