About the role

Inspired Education’s Kiddy English school is seeking an Early Years Teacher to join its vibrant preschool team in August 2025. The role focuses on children aged 3‑4 years, delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum in a fully immersive English environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, child‑initiated lessons aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Foster expressive arts, creative thinking and holistic development through daily activities.
• Observe, assess and document each child’s progress, providing feedback to families.
• Collaborate with colleagues to co‑construct knowledge and support a dynamic learning community.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.

Required profile

• Relevant early years teaching qualification and experience with 3‑4 year olds.
• Commitment to high educational standards and innovative teaching approaches.
• Enthusiasm for promoting international understanding and cultural diversity.
• Strong communication skills in English.
