EMEA Technical Trainer – Construction Equipment

About the role

The CE Technical Trainer will deliver high‑quality technical training to Construction Equipment dealer technicians across the EMEA region. The role combines curriculum development, hands‑on instruction, and performance analysis to boost technician competence and customer equipment uptime.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update training materials for construction equipment courses.
• Collaborate with product engineering to integrate new machines, software and technical updates into the curriculum.
• Deliver training sessions in English and the trainer’s native language, both face‑to‑face and virtually.
• Manage the training calendar and coordinate deliveries with the Training Administrator.
• Collect and analyse test‑in/out results and technician feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
• Provide practical, hands‑on instruction on safe equipment use, diagnostics and special tools.
• Innovate training methods, tools and delivery techniques.
• Meet quality and volume targets set by the Training Manager.
• Support the Product Support team and dealer technicians as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (electric/electronics, hydraulic, mechanical) or equivalent.
• Experience in construction equipment and familiarity with 3D modelling software (e.g., CREO) is a strong plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, and internet‑based tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
