Engineering Technician II – Hybrid (Trieste)

About the role

As an Engineering Technician II at Honeywell in Trieste, you will support engineering projects by performing technical tasks, conducting tests, and assisting in the development and maintenance of engineering systems. Working on a hybrid schedule, you will collaborate closely with engineering teams to ensure accurate data collection, analysis, and implementation of technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble, test, and troubleshoot systems and components to support project milestones.
• Collect, record, and analyze experimental data for product development and quality assurance.
• Maintain and calibrate engineering equipment and tools to guarantee accuracy.
• Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for engineering stakeholders.
• Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (science, technology, engineering, or mathematics) or an associate degree in engineering technology.
• At least 2 years of experience in an engineering technician role.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and effective teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with multimeter, oscilloscope, and spectrum analyzer.
• Experience using data collection and analysis tools relevant to engineering tasks.
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in engineering environments.
