English Teacher – Milan

About the role

Wall Street English Italy is looking for enthusiastic English teachers to join its Milan learning centre. You will deliver high‑quality language instruction to adult learners using the company’s blended learning methodology, which combines face‑to‑face teaching with digital resources.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons for groups and individual students.
• Prepare teaching materials and adapt content to suit different proficiency levels.
• Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback and set personalised learning goals.
• Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages participation and confidence.
• Collaborate with centre staff to ensure consistent implementation of the blended learning approach.

Required profile

• Hold a CELTA or an equivalent TEFL certification.
• Possess at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Native‑level or bilingual proficiency in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for adult education.

Required skills

• Ability to teach English to adult learners using a blended learning model.
• Effective classroom management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with digital teaching tools and platforms.
