Event Management Internship - Incentive Travel Proposals, Rome

About the role

This event management internship in Rome, Italy, lets you design and develop exclusive incentive trips for international clients. You will help create proposals that persuade companies to choose Italy as their next incentive destination. The internship is full-time (40 hours per week) and lasts at least 20 weeks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative proposals and presentations for incentive travel programs
• Design visually appealing concepts using Canva and Office tools
• Research unique venues, hidden gems and original experiences across Italy
• Contribute to out-of-the-box travel programs and support full incentive trip concepts for clients

Required profile

• Creative, with a strong sense for design, storytelling and experiences
• Commercial mindset and interest in events, travel, marketing or hospitality
• Can work independently and in a team, enjoys brainstorming and spotting trends
• Passion for Italy, travel or international experiences
• Fluent English (Italian is a plus)
• Available for a full-time internship of at least 20 weeks

Required skills

• Experience with Canva, PowerPoint or other design tools
• Strong attention to detail and proactive approach
