Export & Logistics Specialist

About the role

Our Milan‑based lifestyle brand is looking for an Export & Logistics Specialist to join the global export and logistics team. Reporting to the Logistics Manager, you will act as a key partner, ensuring smooth B2B shipments and accurate documentation while supporting daily customer service activities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage B2B shipment paperwork (invoices, delivery notes, customs bills, credit notes, import documentation).
• Maintain client shipping database and coordinate picking lists for the warehouse.
• Monitor order pickup, track shipments, and handle credit recovery and balance payments.
• Update stock levels, send ATS to clients, and manage client order‑to‑invoice swaps.
• Organise merchandise movements, create pro‑forma invoices, delivery notes, and air waybills.
• Coordinate packaging orders and all materials required for shipments.
• Support logistics for office, pop‑up, events, and shooting locations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in export and logistics, preferably in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented environment.
• Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong collaborative mindset and a positive, detail‑oriented attitude.
• Fluency in Italian and proficiency in English.
