Facilities Manager

About the role

The Facilities Manager will ensure efficient, safe, and high‑quality management of all facility operations across the company’s luxury retail locations in Italy. Reporting directly to the COO, this role combines operational leadership with hands‑on oversight of maintenance, security, and health & safety compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations across all Italian locations, ensuring buildings, technical systems, common areas, and external spaces are functional and well‑maintained.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities to guarantee operational continuity and high service standards.
• Guide on‑site teams in day‑to‑day mall management, including preparation for events and activations.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to align facility support with event requirements.
• Manage General Services teams, supervising cleaning, waste management, utilities, and other site services.
• Define, implement, and monitor facility management processes, policies, and compliance procedures.
• Maintain relationships with local authorities, institutions, and external stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment.
