Facility Manager – AlUla

About the role

The Facility Manager will lead integrated facilities management services for Musanadah’s sites in AlUla, ensuring operational excellence, contract compliance and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of FM services across assigned sites, maintaining consistent service quality and compliance.
• Oversee preventive and reactive maintenance programmes via the CAFM system to keep assets reliable and extend their lifecycle.
• Monitor contract performance against SLAs and KPIs, providing regular reports and improvement plans.
• Manage in‑house teams and subcontractors, ensuring the right skills are on site to meet operational needs.
• Control operating budgets, enforce cost‑saving measures and uphold HSE standards across all site operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Facilities Management related field.
• Minimum 7 years of facilities management experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role on IFM contracts, hospitality, or large mixed‑use/giga‑projects.
• Professional FM certification (IFMA FMP/CFM or IWFM) preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management and client‑facing communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Computer‑Aided Facility Management (CAFM) systems.
