F&B Brand & PR Specialist

About the role

The F&B Brand & PR Specialist will drive the visual identity, corporate partnerships and event strategy for JO&JOE’s boutique hostels, blending hospitality with lifestyle branding to attract both travellers and local professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Design posters, flyers and digital graphics for monthly events and special offers, ensuring brand consistency across all visual assets.
• Map the local market, identify nearby companies, co‑working spaces and offices, and generate leads for lunch and corporate partnership programmes.
• Negotiate B2B agreements, including dedicated discounts and fixed lunch menus, to secure regular daytime traffic.
• Scout and engage PR agencies, event planners and team‑building companies to promote the hostel as a venue for private and corporate events.
• Attend trade fairs, networking meet‑ups and industry events to raise the hostel’s profile within the hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
• Adapt global event guidelines from headquarters to the local market, plan logistics, coordinate staff and oversee on‑site execution.
• Coordinate with external digital and social‑media agencies, providing live visual content and supervising editorial plans to meet business objectives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in graphic design, brand management and visual communication within a hospitality or lifestyle environment.
• Demonstrated ability to develop corporate partnerships and drive B2B sales.
• Strong event‑management skills, from concept to on‑site delivery.
• Excellent networking capabilities with agencies, corporate clients and local businesses.
