F&B Supervisor

About the role

The Food & Beverage Supervisor will ensure an exceptional dining experience across all outlets of the iconic Four Seasons Hotel Danieli in Venice. Working closely with the F&B leadership team, you will supervise daily operations, guide service staff, and uphold the brand’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily service at Terrazza Danieli, Bar Dandolo, and other F&B venues.
• Lead, motivate and support service teams during shifts to deliver consistent Four Seasons standards.
• Maintain a warm, attentive, and personalized guest experience.
• Coordinate with Culinary and Bar teams to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues promptly, and manage service recovery.
• Oversee mise en place, service quality, and post‑service checks.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and HACCP regulations.
• Support inventory control, ordering processes, and stock management.
• Participate in staff coaching and contribute to team performance.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage operational role, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining.
• Fluency in English and Italian.
• Strong leadership with a hands‑on approach.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
