About the role

Medicasa Italia S.p.A. is seeking a qualified home physiotherapist to provide comprehensive physiotherapy services to patients in Milan and surrounding areas. The role involves delivering personalized care, promoting patient education, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Provide general physiotherapy assistance to patients, addressing motor, cortical, and visceral functions affected by various pathologies.
• Develop and implement preventive, therapeutic, and rehabilitation interventions independently or in collaboration with other health professionals.
• Conduct specific physiotherapy interventions aligned with the Individualized Assistance Plan (PAI), considering patient age, gender, health condition, and cultural specifics.
• Ensure proper use, storage, and documentation of medical devices and materials provided by Medicasa.
• Monitor clinical outcomes, identify risk factors, and produce periodic health reports as required.

Required profile

• Degree in health professions of rehabilitation.
• Registered with the professional order for technical health professions, rehabilitation and prevention.
• Current ECM credits and commitment to ongoing professional development.
• Ability to educate patients and caregivers, fostering active participation in therapeutic decisions.
