Food & Beverage Assistant (M/F) – Rome

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Food & Beverage Assistant to join the opening team of Experimental Roma, a new boutique hotel in the heart of Rome. Working under the F&B Director, you will support the smooth operation of multiple outlets, including the restaurant, bar and rooftop pool area, while delivering the high‑standard hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate communication between front‑of‑house, kitchen, bar and reception teams.
• Welcome and assist event clients and support the events team as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, functionality and aesthetic standards of all outlets.
• Monitor service expenses, control cash registers and verify orders and deliveries.
• Create and manage supplier accounts, pricing and the client database (cardex).
• Promote the outlets, animate activities and manage the communication calendar.

Required profile

• Passion for the restaurant and hospitality industry with hands‑on experience.
• Proactive, autonomous and able to manage priorities efficiently.
• Excellent sense of hospitality, customer service and hygiene standards.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
• Fluent communication in both Italian and English.
