Founding KS2 Educator – Edge Academy, Milan

About the role

Inspired Edge Academy is building a new primary education model in Milan and is seeking founding KS2 educators to join the team from September 2027. The role combines high‑intensity academic instruction in the morning with life‑skills workshops in the afternoon, leveraging AI‑driven adaptive platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain clear KS2 progression pathways aligned to the English National Curriculum.
• Use live data to identify learning gaps and deliver short, high‑impact workshops.
• Lead dynamic, high‑energy life‑skills sessions that develop communication, resilience, entrepreneurship and leadership.
• Coach each child to speak with confidence and foster a culture of effort and excellence.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of the KS2 National Curriculum with experience teaching Years 3–6.
• Ability to design progression, set mastery benchmarks and use assessment data intelligently.
• Excellent communication presence and experience leading groups, preferably with a background in sport, performing arts or youth leadership.
• High standards, logical thinking, composure under pressure and a builder mindset thriving in ambiguity.
