Full Stack Engineer

About the role

The Full Stack Engineer will join ASM - A Smarter Match to design, build, and maintain modern web applications that power our data‑driven matchmaking platform. Working across both front‑end and back‑end layers, you will help deliver user‑centric features while ensuring performance, security, and scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy full‑stack web applications.
• Implement new features and optimise existing functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack.
• Collaborate with product, design and cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into code.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices for performance and security.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and documentation.
• Participate in architectural discussions and help improve development processes.

Required profile

• Strong experience in back‑end development, server‑side frameworks, APIs and databases.
• Solid front‑end skills, including CSS and modern JavaScript frameworks or libraries.
• Proven ability to work across the full application stack and integrate components.
• Experience writing clean, maintainable, well‑tested code and using Git for version control.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in cross‑functional teams and adapt to evolving requirements.
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, containerisation and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.
