General Legal Affairs Internship – Corporate Legal Department

About the role

Bulgari Spa’s Corporate Legal Department in Rome is seeking a motivated intern to join the General Legal Affairs team. You will support the management of commercial legal matters, ensuring compliance with national and international regulations while contributing to the Group’s strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in adapting and revising standard agreements (distribution, franchising, brand ambassadors, events, agency, design, etc.) to reflect changes in laws, regulations, and business strategies.
• Support the preparation of training materials, including research and slide decks.
• Conduct in‑depth legal research on topics relevant to the Group’s commercial activities.
• Monitor updates and developments in applicable national and international regulations.

Required profile

• Current law students or recent law graduates.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and flexibility.
• Comfort with ambiguity and an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts.
