Go-To-Market Lead – AI Trainer (Freelance, 8‑20 hrs/week, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced go‑to‑market strategist to help train advanced AI models on real‑world GTM processes. Working remotely, you will spend 8‑20 hours per week reviewing and refining AI‑generated content to ensure it reflects authentic strategic thinking.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated outputs related to GTM planning, strategy, and execution.
• Evaluate the strategic soundness, practicality, and compliance of AI responses.
• Draft realistic GTM scenarios based on your professional experience.
• Create scenario variations from multiple perspectives (strategist, sales leader, marketer, client, decision‑maker).
• Identify gaps, oversights, or weak reasoning in AI‑generated GTM content and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Senior‑level GTM strategist or business leader with significant experience in the EU or UK.
• Proven track record advising on, developing, and executing GTM strategies and campaigns.
• Strong ability to evaluate content for strategic consistency and business viability.
• Comfortable working independently and delivering structured, critical feedback.
• Available for 8‑20 hours per week with prompt responsiveness.
