Graduate Data Scientist

About the role

Bending Spoons is looking for a talented and driven Graduate Data Scientist to join its small, talent‑dense teams. You will work on building and improving data pipelines, ensuring data quality, and creating internal data products that support product teams across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve data pipelines and data systems to guarantee accuracy, reliability, and efficient processing.
• Collaborate with software engineers to validate data, define metrics, and enhance reporting and analytics robustness.
• Build scalable internal data products and tooling such as reporting engines and forecasting tools.
• Partner with multiple teams to provide analytical and modeling support for business planning and performance tracking.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate work, surface insights, and study competing products and trends.

Required profile

• Strong reasoning ability: can solve complex problems from first principles and avoid bias.
• High drive and ambition with a sense of responsibility for your work.
