About the role

WeTransfer, now part of Bending Spoons, is looking for a Graduate Software Engineer to join its high‑performing teams. You will work on products that serve millions of users, taking ideas from concept to production while collaborating in a fast‑moving, startup‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable systems used by millions of users.
• Integrate cutting‑edge AI tools into the development workflow to improve speed and quality.
• Choose and apply appropriate technologies across monoliths, micro‑services, gRPC, REST, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Continuously simplify architectures, pipelines, and codebases for better scalability and maintainability.

• Strong reasoning ability and first‑principles problem solving.
• High drive, ambition, and tenacity to take ownership of projects.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work collaboratively in small, talent‑dense teams.
